Please don't do. I have lived here for almost two years next month, and it is terrible. Hot water never works, AC and Heating barely work. The apartments are falling apart. I didn't have roaches in my apartment but I had an abundance of lady bugs and spiders. I saw a mice a few times too. I read a review that said most of the people who compain are people who don't pay their rent or who cause problems. I am neither. I paid my rent on time every month 1341 to be exact for horrible service. There is a weak ass playground for the kids that looks like its older than my grandmother. You kids might need a techna shot when they finish playing on it. There is no where for them to play at all, unless you like your kids playing in the parking lots. I never have a parking space and am forced to park all the way down the hill, in this non lit parking lot. I can say that I don't have people hanging out in front of my building nor do I have obnoxious neighbors. They are all very nice and never make alot of noise. I probably made the most noise being that I have 3 kids. I will be moving out next month and can't wait. They finally gave us new windows and a new balcony of course when we are about to move. Also watch out for towing. Those guys are scandelous. All apartments have problems and there will always be issues no matter where you live, but its about the good outweighing the bad. Believe me it doesn't. This is a horrible place to live. And I wouln't recommend it. If you like waiting 30 to 40 minutes for hot water or having a 92 degree apartment in the summer because of the so called Air conditioning, then this is your place. And watch out for the model that they show you. They make this place look so fabulous when you view that. But when you get into your apartment you shall see the truth. But if you don't believe me try for yourself, and I'll see your review on here in a couple of months about how great it was at first and how the truth came to life. I lived in 9979. Won't give the apartment number until I'm gone. Good Luck on your apartment search, and I hope it doesn't end with Countryside because you will quickly regret it.

Hi vetti101 I currently live in 9979 and counting down until my lease will be up in Nov. so I can get out of this hell hole I can't take the mice and spiders!!
