I've lived in Countryside for almost 2 years. I'd advise anyone considering it, to stop while they are ahead. In the past two years, we've had issues with hot water in the morning (there being none), and about 4 separate times we lost all power. Not to mention that in the past month, we've had 3 separate incidents with mice in our apartment. We complained to the rental office and they still have not resolved the problem. As disgusting as this is, i actually heard the mouse scratching on my walls. Don't do it!!!!!!
