Oh My God Infested with rates

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
Do not move to country side. I have lived hear for 2 months. The apartment is infested with rats I have traped 10 of them and they are still running through put the apartment. I have called the health department And reported them to the Better Business Bureau I am retainng a legal assistant. Also when I moved in all utilities were included now that is changing. The management sucks. They are rude I wish some one had told me about this dump before I moved in. Do not move to country side
