well, all i have to say is that this hell on earth.the worst comples i have lived in and currently lookin for a new complex.problems here include rats/mices,parking especially if u come a lil after 9-10pm,maintainance is slow to react when called, kids hanging out in the late hours of the day and smoking pot, cars sometimes vanderlized, walls too thin so much so that u can hear all ur neighbors do.they also require a 60 days advance notice prior to moving, other wise u get charge 2 months rent.things are so bad that they are changing to name to GLENDALE apt coz of the bad reputation which countryside had.so the are giving it a face lift outside but overall i would not recommend anyone to countryside apt(now GLENDALE apt).another thing i forgot to mention is that the bring u in with low prices then after ur first yr u experience a price hike, mine went from $1220 to $1495 got a 2 BR apt.

I agree with this tenant the rats are bad managemnet is bad They can change the name but it remains the same a rat infested dump that need to be shut down for health violations. If you want a clean decent home this is not it. For the money you could live in a much nicer place

This is True i moved in maybe 6months ago my first night here. After cooking dinner i happend to glance back in the kitchen i spoted a rat or a mouse not sure which one eating out of my Pot of food. i called the rental office some a guy name sean showed up at my apartment with some cheap ass mouse traps and said all he can do is call the pest comtrol. so my advice is to join a rent to own program and rent you a house to eventually own and pay damm near what you will pay to live in this pest infested dump..

I agree but somewhat disagree. Come on people you are living in a building with atleast 10 other familys (units). I've been in my building since March 09. YES I've seen a mouse, YES I've seet a roach, but I was PROACTIVE.. I didn't bother to call the rental office so they can come in and spray a watered down product on the floor. I went to WALMART to buy COMBAT in the gold box. I placed a bait trap in every room, on top of the cabinets, under the fridge and the stove. Placed one behind the toilets and under the vanities. As for the mice. I purchased a pest control called D'con. After putting this down, I never say Mickey, Minnie or mighty mouse again. I'm sure they are still in the building, but just not in my unit. AND I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH PEOPLE... CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I'm not saying you're not cleaning your apt, but again, you are within a building with atleast 10 other units. So be mindful not to leave dirty dishes in the sink or dish washer. Be mindful of the dirty clothes (you have a washer and drying inside the apt.. NO EXCUSE) be sure to vacuum and mop weekly, not just once a month. If you do all of this I'm sure your home will be livable. TRUST ME, if you were in a house by yourself and saw a roach or a mouse, the only person you can blame is yourself, not your next door neighbors but yourself. Rodents hate clean environments.
Otherwise, I agree, the parking is just HORRIBLE... The kids do play in the street (for which I can't understand why they do not have a playground for them). Oh my particular street, we don't have much hanging out. But we did at one point. BE VOCAL. When I noticed our new neighbors hanging in the hall and sitting on the steps, I contacted Evelyn Hodge (who is the manager at the Donaldson Group). I didn't bother call the rental office because they are slow reacting. You can also call the non-emergency number. I often do if I see something I didn't like while entering the the complex from the rear entrance. Please people, do not be scared to do these things. This website is helpful, but it's also 80% untrue. I've called for maintenance and each time I did, I have to say that they came the next day. Now I've heard a rumor that if you're behind in your rent they are slow responding to those individuals. I'm not sure if it's true or not (not saying it's right or wrong) but... if you fit in that boat, then that may be the reason why you are last on the list.
I must be honest, I may not renew my lease on the upcoming year. Partly because I about to be a home-owner, but the other reason is because the apartments it self are Huge (yes) but... they are not the most sound apartments. The walls are thin, the floors are thin, and they are not the most secured.
I hope this review helped.

This comment is for "TheNewGuy07." You need to stop the bull. Stop trippin and act like you know better. This place is horrible. Everywhere that I have ever lived in my life, and I am sure others will agree, is cleaner than clean. No one should have to live in a rented property and put up with anything remotely like this. I don't care how "CLEAN" your apartment is or isn't if there are mice and rats in the walls, they will get into your place.
