This person must not ever be at home I also live in the buiding with the rental office. I have rodents ( Rats) that act like they pay rent to live here.I catch on an average 2-3 per week. If I could only get out of this lease. I would be gone. there is electrical problems and hot water issues as well. Management just keep passing out rat traps for you to catch the nasty things yourself. so say there bull for someone else. If you don't live at Glendale don't waste your time and money

I do not live in the newly named "Glendale Apartments" but for those unfortunately living with rodents...PLEASE, PLEASE contact the P.G. County Community Services Division Complaint Desk at 301-883-6100. They should be able to assist or offer the department that can. Also feel free to contact the Health Department. Trust me, management does not want THEM visiting because of complaints such as this. At the very least instead of issuing traps, management should place poison around the property. I mean, really...who wants to hear a freakin' rat trap snap?! And then, who's going to dispose of that thing?!

Child those things were leaving droppings on my kitchen counter next to my baby's bottles. Come to find out they were living in my sofa that I had to throw away. I got out of there QUICK! And your right all they do is give you traps. They claim they're calling the exterminators but they don't. Someone from maintenance will come and only seal the holes. Meanwhile the rodents are hiding in the pantry or under your furniture. Move your furniture around frequently.

I live in this apartment complex and I have not experienced any rodents and God knows I don't want too- but if I do I'm going to take it right to the management office or place it in the payment drop box because that is ridiculous- I know the other day we ordered a pizza and the pizza lady asked my boyfriend did we have mice she didn't know who she was talking too and even though I don't it was still embarrassing for her to ask... she said she live around the corner I can't wait until my lease is over I'm going to run out of my apartment as fast as I can

I lived at the Glendale Apts for about a year and half maybe. I got out of my lease because of the mice. There were too many. I have to babies. I couldn't let them put anything in their mouth without sterilizing it. Then having mouse traps around the house was even worse. The roaches went away when my neighbors left but as soon as I got soem new ones they came back tremendously. It was off the hook. And now they got me scared to move into another apt. I'm currently living with family cause I'm scared to move to an apt with either rodent/bugs problem or bad neighbors. The only good thing I could say about this place is that my neighbors at 9947 were cool and we all sorta looked out for each other. By the way the Assistant Property Manager told me that she wouldn't live her until they did something about the mouse. I really don't think any of the staff live in the apts. When we first moved in the apts there was girl that lived in the apts her name was Andrea. If you have questions I will be happy to assist. DO NOT MOVE IN THESE MICE INFESTED APTS unless you have a CAT.
