Lived there for 1 year and the rats and roaches took over. All management will do is hand you the traps to put down. Never could vaccum and have the main TV on at the same time due to blown fuses. Parking is hopeless after 6pm and the kids take over the parking lot and steps after 7pm. Worst place I've ever lived in MD.

I second some of what you're saying. I've been here for a year, and I'm weighing moving. Especially since they are pulling out the good ole' electric trick. Luckily, I don't have problem with Rats or roaches. My only REAL complaint is the parking. It's just ridiculous. Of course they've been saying "we're going to assign spaces" but I seriously doubt that happens. You must live over by the pool. I know they get buck-wild over there. I rode thru there one day and saw all the kids literally just in the middle of the street. All I could say was WOW. They were sitting on peoples cars (nice cars too, Beamers included) just chillin... I'm near the first entrance closest to Greenbelt Road, it's not too bad with the kids, just parking. Only other critique I can add is the various smells. The apartments definitely need to be better insulated. You can smell any and everything someone else is cooking, smoking or whatever...
