I should of taken heed to what the reviews of these apts were saying but since there wasn't a recent rating during my decision making process and they were under new management I went on ahead and moved in....Biggest mistake in my life. The parking is awful and they won't do anything about it. How hard is it to get parking stickers. I questioned The Donaldson Group about the parking passes and they just keep telling me that they are coming soon. I have mice in and out of my kitchen and I am a very clean person. I never leave any food or dirty dishes out and take the trash out daily. Maintenance have been to my apt twice to close up holes in the walls and behind appliances and put poison inside the walls WTF' which will leave a foul smell if they die in the walls. I caught one in my pantry with a snap trap last night. I pay alot for rent to be having these issues. I can't wait until my lease is up, I am looking for places now and will definitely take heed to the ratings people give on here no matter how old they are.

Please, please notify the county housing inspector at 301-883-6100. If they cannot assist, they should be able to provide the name of the office that can. Also try the Health Department. I've read far TOO many reviews of this complex and clearly the place is just damn nasty.

I am in the same situation. I moved to this complex in early December and it was a NIGHTMARE from day one! The first 3 weeks, I had no heat. I had to write Betsy Dolphin of The Donaldson Group a letter before something was done. After the heating situation, came the mice, then came my neighbor's sewage in the kitchen sink. The dishwasher has never worked and to add insult to injury, it is full of filthy moldy water from an unknown source. I am at my breaking point. I call the rental office and they are unresponsive. They dont return phone calls and maintenence never shows up. At this point, I am fed up. I am breaking my lease and moving no matter the cost. I cant live like this!
