well i have lived here for over a year. For one they are ripping us off! 60 days notice is so rediculous....i have caught one mouse but im pretty sure they still visit. i dont have a raoch problem thats one good thing. i am noticing a problem with bed bugs. Is anyone else experiencing this' I just would like to know if anyone else is having problems with bed bugs.

60 days notice is normal. Ask around to others apartment communitys. Plus its in the contract YOU signed...

i know but a lot of places just need a thirty day notices..... They also need to send a reminder out before the 60 days.

Yeah, 60 is pretty standard now. Very few places do 30 days anymore. But with the bed bugs??? May I ask what building are you in. I haven't seen bed-bugs, but I've seen some freaky looking brown and red bugs by my door, and I'm on the top floor...
