I have been reading these comments that residents here are writting and some are just bullsh*t! First the ladies in the rental office are not sisters. I don't think their rude it's just that residents think they can talk ---- to them and they not say anything back...I would love to be there if you ever run into them after 5 o'clock and talk that same ----! Let's be realistic, I don't want crime to be in my neighborhood and it can happen anywhere,thats why I call the police. Do you expect to live in the lap of luxuary only paying between $600-$800 for rent! If you're having all these problems then maybe you should move!!

It's not that eay to say move because PG County no longer has affordable renting. You need to make at least $15/hour or better to be able to afford rent, or in reality a mortgage, because apartments are now becoming extinct. Condos are now replacing apartments and the neighborhoods are not the best for what they want you to pay. I too belive that they are very slow with maintenance and that more should be done to improve the community but it has to start with a more mature Manager and team. These woman are too young to run anything, and they don't take the time to look at these units wo realize the incompetence.
