I have been living here for 5 months, and I have had 1 problem after another. The visitor parking spaces are not being used correctly, the towing company is a joke and crooks. The maintenance men are very nice but slow with fixing things. They did a horrible paint job in my unit, they have yet to fix my cabinet shelves, the bathtub keeps peeling from whatever the company uses to reglaze the tub, instead of replacing it. There is no security that I have ever seen. Im my building there are only 3 washmachines and 1 dryer that is always being used. They say you can't have pets but the lease states you have to inform the rental office of any pets they you have or plan to get. They ladies in the office are friendly and never been rude to me since day one, they are a little young though which is why alot of things that are not being handled they way they should be. I would love to have a gated community with security and more lighting. The one thing I hate the most is that there is no play area for the children to play, only a basketball court and pool area. I have rude neighbors who smoke in the hallways and weed smokers next door and under me, so it travels. There is no carpet just 1960 parkey wood floors, not hard wood, and they did not even treat them. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
