Ok..lets say for starters, the parking situation is not that bad...if you come home at a normal hour you can usually get a good spot. There are kids sometimes smoking in front of the buildings and in the halls, but even for people who smoke in there apts, it comes through the vents or walls. It is not loud in the area especially since "Top Flight" Security has been coming around making the kids get off the front steps of the buildings. The kids are at least cordial though! I would be willing to pay more for a more secure building with resident key access or something. Our hours for the laundry rooms are worthless to anyone who works normal hours. They are like 8am-6pm...what is that all about' Why cant we get resident key access so we can wash at our convenience' It would be really nice if we could have gotten a playground instead of replacing the wood fences that the kids tried to tear down in 2 months. The pool has ghetto hours also...12-5 and that is only when the lifegaurd decides to show up! The ladies in the office are really nice but not always on point with their work. Maintenance is really nice but slow taking care of business! It is not a bad place to live. You cant beat the price but with better management...it could be a little better!

Do you have any problems with rodents and how long did you have to remain on a waiting list. It's hard to believe that people actually move out of these apartments because the rent is so affordable. email me at wise2071@yahoo.com

I am a future tenant and have only been on the property during the day. What is it like at night? I am a single mom of 2 girls. Also any rodent problems?
