Riverdale Towne Apartments

Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007   Im a resident and been living here for close to 10 years. I and another friend of mines were rob at gun point lastnight in the complex. The crime rate in this area has gone up. There are alot of young kids that tend to hang out in the complex and not only that the community is infested with roaches. They have started extermainiating the apts. every month now. But it is a huge inconvience because every month you have to empty out your kitchen so it can be sprayed, its not optional. But there are still alot of roaches.
