Management is very unconcerned about tenants, and they allow a certain group of tenants to piss wherever they want, loiter, openly drink alcohol on the property and leave empty alcoholic bottles and other trash all over the complex. Yes, it is very true that the sound of gun shots is normal. There have been 2 shootings (one fatal) within the past 6 months. The resident manager cannot relate to anyone else's problems because I'm sure she experiences nothing that other tenants experience. Literally EVERY MONTH there is no hot water and there is always trash and dried-up drippings in the hallways. The place is just damn nasty and unsafe.
