I lived in the complex for several years and just cannot afford to move anywhere else. I would not recommend this ------ complex to anyone. Mgmt only takes care of itself or relatives on the complex. All of the maintenance crew are some lazy asses who can't fix a thing. They will make sure that all the employee apartments have all that they need. Rent is outrageous and you can never get anything fixed. Apartments flood constently and are repaired months after the problem occurs. Roaches might as well pay the rent as there are so many we should be able to claim them on our taxes. You frequently see rats in the neighborhood took along with their mice cousins visiting in you in your apartment. The buildings are never clean and smell. A police station is on the complex, but you never see anyone. There are constent robberies and break-ins on autos. No where for your children to play. I could go on and on but would be here all day. BOTTOM LINE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS DISGUSTING AND NO WHERE YOU WANNA LIVE. YOU'D BE BETTER OFF LIVING OUTSIDE IN A TENT.
