Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
 
I have lived here for 5 years. 5 Years too long. Service is slow when either the refrigator or washer and dryer breaks down. The accounting system is not up to par at all. They have made several mistakes on my record by confusing me with another person same apt number different building. Section 8 tenants are allowed to live on the premises which mean that kids are always outside braiding hair, throwing trash in the street or playing loud music all day and all night.
