I've just recently moved in and I have to say I really like it. I'm mean, yeah the apartment nice and the price is definitely worth it. (Plus I got new cabinets) It?s all the little things that I keep seeing. Like I see the grass and ground being kept up with, and I like the little broad walk thing around out very own pond!! Not necessary but cool. And people who actually go around a pick-up trash. I can rent a DVD from the office, that's kinda nice...granted not as wide a selection as Blockbuster, but it's a nice little convenience to have.

The only bad thing so far was that my Garbage disposal didn't work when I first moved, but the maintenance people were really quick and came out the same day to fix it. So I guess it's not much of a problem any more.
