Woodland Landing has the potential to be a great community. Some of the stronger points are the location, price, ammenities, community events, etc. However it sometimes appears that when new management came in, the property went downhill. The overall appearance of the community looks unkept. The trash dumpsters are exposed and obviously trash is not picked up on the weekends. So during the weekend when most people are home or when most have guests, the community is infested with trash. Sometimes I feel like I don't want certain people to come to my apt. on the weekends due to the trash. Other items I'd like to mention are the palyground; most of the equipment is broken. The fitness center is only open during business hours; which doesn't make any sense; most people are @ wk during those hours. Teenagers hang out and smoke illicit items on the playground area. If you have visitors, they have to park in visitors' parking with a pass'''' The communication isn't always the greatest. MOSTLY THE TRASH!!!!!! Maintenance is always on point.
