The tenants here are the worst. This is the nosiest complex I've lived in since moving to the DC area over 11 years ago. The complex is FULL of bebe's kids. All day long kids shout and scream profanities in the courtyards without avail. To make it worse the walls and ceilings are EXTRA thin. I can hear each and every step my neighbor that lives aboves me makes. I know when they wake, go to the bathroom, vacuum, etc. This same neighbor wakes up at 5 am every morning. I know this because when they rise in the morning it makes soooooo much noise on my ceiling that it wakes me up EVERY morning. To top it off, I have a new next door neighbor that blasts his music so loud the entire complex can hear it. I have confronted him many times about it, but it seems that he thinks it is a joke. I'm a graduate student that cherishes peace and quiet for me to study. (There goes my neighbor walking on my head). Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the roaches. I hate it here!!!!

Your experience sounds like the EXACT same thing I'm going through at Brittany Place, but I have one up on you...MICE!!! I guess pretty soon the mice and roaches will do some sort of inbreeding to creat a new species. NASTY!!
