We moved here in 2002 in building 9909 you will get weed smoking on the front steps and ghetto hoochie girls sitting on the balcony half naked drinking beer and liquor and cursing each other out all night. Don't move into a basement apt because you will encounter floods when it rain or snows hard. Maintenance won't do anything but vaccum the water and spray airfreshner, after that the stinch is so bad you gag everytime you take a breath. Once the water is dry mold is there and you will get sick. My bathroom floor is about to fall in and they won't fix it all they do is patch tiles over it and it doesn't help. This place used to be nice but now it sucks. The trash is not picked up everyday and they throw trash all over the property. Don't move here RUN!!! BUT AT LEAST WE DON'T HAVE RODENTS OR ROACHES!!!!

Take pictures when you move out of everything, so you can get your security deposit back. They will rob you of it if you don't.

I don't know what you are complaining about. I used to live there, and I think the half naked "hoochie girls" where the biggest selling point. Rufus was the one selling the weed, and her chronic was the sh#t. I would recommend being stacked at all times, becuase sometimes you just gotta kill a brutha. He be looking at yo ho' or ride and sheet and you gotta teach a mutha----a a lesson. You don't ---- with my ----, cuss then I be havin to ---- yo ---- up, straight up, for the Woodland DO or DIE -----. Also, if you a cracker, best keep out whitey. PEACE!

okay...i went to see the apartments and I liked them alot. But if Woodland Ryder is an example of the typical resident, then maybe I shouldn't move here.
