I finally moved in, and to tell you the truth...I love my apartment. Maybe I got lucky with a good building because truthfully that's what it boils down to...your neighbors. I mean certain things you have to expect when living in an apt. Unless you're paying 1400 for a one bedroom...I would expect the walls to be kinda thin. Although it is annoying, but that's something you kind of expect when living in such close quarters. But as for me...yea I can hear the person under me when they play music...but it's not excessive and it's not at ridiculous times at night. Minor things were wrong or not fixed when I moved in...but I put in a request and it was fixed within a day or so. My only gripe is ANTS...I've just notice them near or on the window sills...so I gotta see how this will play out! At least it's not Roaches. The other place I lived...when i first moved in I cried. I had never seen soooooooooo many damn roaches in life. I was afraid to sleep there. After a couple of weeks or so..it died down. So I'm hoping the same may happen for here. Overall, I'm pleased. My building is near the front, I don't have a problem with finding parking in front of my building (although parking spaces are a bit tight), maintenance and the front office staff are very nice and helpful, the apartment itself is large with alot of closet space, alot of kitchen cabinet space, and bedroom is a great size.

Thanks for your response...I did view the inside of the apts and they look okay...better on the inside than outside. Some of the things I didn't like...and it's minor...was the placement of the outlet in the bathroom. It was located in an awkward place on the wall. The other thing is the mail....why is it located OUTSIDE on the street!

Yea, you have to get completely dressed to get your mail. I didn't care to much for that either. Goodluck :)
