im going to get to the point first day of moving in started to see roaches the wall are paper thin have to listen to the people next door have sex and people have no respect i have 2 children and in there rooms i stared to see mice dropping i had to throw thier away my neighbor smokes weed and smell comes into my apartment many of times i had to threaten kids hanging out in front of my apartment at 10 at night smoking weed with the police a pipe busted in my bathroom on a friday soaking my whole hallway and had to wait til monday for them to fix it and didnt get it fully fixed til wednesday my car was towed twice because the said they thought my car was broke down when it wasnt this place is just awful and wouldnt tell anyone it was a nice place to live not to mention my husbands motorcycle was stole the firts week we moved here and my heat has not been working for a week

Take pictures of everything when you leave, especially the kitchen counters. They will put a lable on a piture disk and say that you chopped up the counters and charge you for them. First they will charge you. They they show you this picture disk after you come into complain when you get a notice in the mail that they have already kept most of your security deposit!!! They won't let you see the accual counters either. They will tell you that they already threw it away. That's what they did to me.
