I only have two main reasons why i moved out,Like i said the price was good just about the best in the area. We first moved in and everything was good. A couple days later we noticed that bigfoot was living above us, it would start walking around early in the morning and wouldnt stop till late at night around 12. I complained numerous times about the situation but needles to say it never got resoveled, I know the rental office cant actually stop it. But their are rules their supposed to follow, if a person comes to them with a legitimate complaint like not being able to sleep because of neighbors stomping around above you, that person needs to be kicked out of the apartment after three complaints. But of course that wasnt followed. I know people come on here and put stupid complaints, like people riding by with music to loud or the place is ghetto(and just to clarify that you need people hanging outside your building 24/7 smoking weed, a couple bums walking around asking for change and a couple people on the corner with liquor bottles in the brown trash bags)but if your neighbors are so loud you cant sleep something needs to be down. The walls were paper thin too. But it literally sounded like a elephant stompede everytime they walked. Appliances were ancient, instead of repairing things they would just paint over it, so it wouldnt start to be noticeable till months after you've moved in. The other problem we had was stray cats being fed by the residents to my building. Now i dont know where your from but to me petting, feeding stray diseased cats aint kew. These cats had a daily routine to come and wait right outside the front door in the mornings and for dinner. and i mean right in front of the door, so you couldnt get in unless you kicked them out the way, they looked at you like your crazy for disturbing them, like they pay the rent to live their.
