Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I moved into my 2 bedroom apartment in April of 2007 and I have had a few issues. I found a dead mouse in my living room once, but I haven't seen any since. Also I have seen 2 roaches. In addition, the parking is a -----! Spaces are too small and there is not enough visitor spaces. Overall, the neighborhood is okay, but it is more rowdy in the front of the complex. My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and maintenance always comes within 24 hours.
On the other hand, if you ask my neighbor to rate his apartment, he would say the complete opposite. He moved into this apartment building in February 2007 and thus far has caught 7 mice.
