1.ROACHES!
2.SPIDERS
3.ANTS!ANTS!ANTS!
4.FLIES like I've never seen before!
5.Stinky hallway
6.Doors & closet doors falling off hinges within days of move in
7.One drawer in the kitchen
8.No counter space in the kitchen
9.Broken toilet seat
10.Writing on wall that was never fixed
11.Outdated bathrooms
12.No cabinet space in kitchen
13.Doors don't latch to close
14.Door to big to close
15.Cleaning chemicals left in oven
16.Walls so weak they can't hold curtains
17.The 24 hour maintenance guarantee is a LIE!!!
18.Rude staff (once you sign the contract)
19.Incompetent staff
20.No plug outlet in the master bathroom
21.Leaks,leaks,leaks!
22.Noise!
23.Cramped parking lots with maniac drivers.Back out slowly or die!
24.Outdated hallways
25.If that's not enough then you must want punishment to move to Woodland Landing
