I have been living here since May 2004. The first couple of years were fine then everything started going downhill.

1. Someone keeps breaking the lock on the laundry room door.
2. Someone keeps breaking the lock on the building door.
3. I can hear my neighbors having sex every other night. I'm not talking just
regular sex, I'm talking about the screaming, hooping & hollering, x-rated kind
of sex. I don't want my pre-teenaged child hearing that sort of thing.
4. My neighbors upstairs have a young child who always overflows the bathtub
causing water to leak into my apartment. Maintenace was supposed to come fix the
ceiling in my bathroom but never has.
5. When we got the new windows, I was supposed to get new blinds but I never did.
How long are these $4.00 blinds supposed to last' I've been in my apartment 4.5
years.
6. There was a fire in my kitchen 2 years ago and maintenance was supposed to
replace my pantry door but never has.
7. There is an apartment of mentally challenged people in my building. One of them
watches --- porn and leaves the movies in the steps leading into my building,
one of them is always asking for money, and one of them is outside day and night
just staring at everyone.
8. One of my neighbor's car was set on fire, burning 3 of the surrounding cars as
well. Thank goodness my car was parked nowhere near his.
