I was so excited when it first moved in 2 years ago. Very affordable compared to surrounding apartment complexes, location was great, staff was very professional and timely no matter what the issue. The honeymoon lasted for a while, but things have gone way down hill. The staff has changed since I have moved in, and do not get me wrong, they are still good, but the upkeep of the buildings are poor. Other then getting new windows in all of the apartments, there is nothing else to brag about. The price for a 1 bedroom has shot up, there is a lack of available visitor parking spaces, some of the sapces are barley big enough to fit a car into, and the worst of all is the increase in bugs, mainly roaches over the past year. Now I know this is an apartment, and you are bound to see some bugs; however during the first year of living here, I saw one roach, and it was dead. Since this summer, I have killed over 30 roaches, and those are just the ones that have come across my eyes. It is ridiculous. It is disgusting and unsanitary!!!! Now I know the amount of bugs has a lot to do with your neighbors around you, however just like the bugs, if there is a problem, terminate it. A select group of individuals have recently moved in since the summer, and they have brought a sense of nastiness with them. I can not wait to move this summer when my lease is up!!!! At one time I would recommend this place; but not now!!!

I also dealt with those issues when living there as well as many, many more. I would suggest you move right across the street to Glendale apartments. For the same price, actually $10 cheaper in my case, you'll have nicer kitchens(6 drawers vs the one drawer!)with plenty of cabinet space that you can actually reach without a step stool, bathrooms with actual vanities instead of a mirror stuck to the wall, pretty balconies and all of the windows and balcony doors have been upgraded as well. I could go on, but you should just go take a look at the model. Until then, good luck!

I agree with you but at least you dealt with roaches.I had to deal with mice in my apartment not just one but over 9 mice i have killed.Thank God I will be moving in about 3 wks. I feel your pain Good Luck in finding some place to live.I would not recommend this apeartments at all and I lived their for 6 yrs. I didn't come in contact with this problem until about and a year and half ago.
