Ive been living at Woodland Landing apartments for six years and been with Southern Management for 8 years total. I really have to say this complex has gone down hill steadily for the past 2 years. For the first four years, I never saw a roach or a mouse. Over the last year, its like I'm bombing every two-three weeks. The walls and celings have cracks in it and I have to call maintainance several times a year to re----- my bathroom. I was sitting on my couch one day looking around my apartment thinking its only a matter of time before this place falls on my head!

Honestly, Ive had 4 great years here. But, I also have to recognize when my time is up and its time to move on. My rent has gone up a total of $140 in 6years which is decent. However, the conditions have steadily declined.

I met this young lady last week who was moving in last week with her two young children one being a 1year old. Well she asked me as I was walking in does this complex have a roach problem. Her son procedes to tell me that he saw 7 or 8 roaches. This mother stated that she did not feel comfortable with her kids living in these conditions with tears in her eyes. Thats when I knew it was time to go....
