Since we have moved into these apartments we have gotten horrible service. The model that they took me to was emaculate and beautiful. When we moved into our apartment it was dirty, the carpet was not installed correctly, the bathrooms had not been cleaned and it infested with roaches. It took us almost two years to get rid of them thanks to no help from the management. When we have other problems which is often it takes the workes at least a week to get it fixed and then most of the time it is not fixed correctly and we end up calling them back to do it again. As n the case with our leaking windows. We rented here because one of the features that we liked was the fact that we had our own washer and dryer in the apartment. But now since the washers are old they installed washers in the basement that you have to pay for. They are too cheap to just upgrade to new machines in the aprtments. It is all about the money for them. They never keep correct records of your payment for rent and then try to charge you extra for thier mistake. I would advise that no one try to live here.
