Bugs........ What's up with all the freakin' centipedes?! I've NEVER lived in any apartment where the primary pests are centipedes!! I've killed at least 25 in the past few months. You spray with bug spray, and a few of their nasty legs come off and are still moving. WTF!!! This

The most disastrous place I have ever lived We have been flooded twice....both times with substantial damage to personal belongings and furniture.
Each time, they offer us two months' free rent in another of their hell-pots. Moving cost and hassle are left to us.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Lived there for 1 year and the rats and roaches took over. All management will do is hand you the traps to put down. Never could vaccum and have the main TV on at the same time due to blown fuses. Parking is hopeless after 6pm and the kids take over the parking lot and steps
