The apartment is beautifully represented outside of the gates; however, once inside the gates there is another story to be told. There have been more managers at the complex than any I have ever experienced; they do not keep the residents informed of what is going with the property; the customer service is awful; the property upkeep has gone down drastically as they expect one person to maintain the entire property; the 'security' gate is constantly broken along with many of the appliances in the apartment; parking is ample if only the residents and their legitimate visitors parked in it; there is gambling, etc. in the parking lot and the management doesn't seem to mind. As long as they get their rent they could careless about the safety and comfort of their residents. I would be sure to check it out at night before making any committments to living here.
