The Worst Run Apartment Complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   My wife and I rented at this property for two years. The managerial staff changes every six months and they are pathological liars. Among their lies, we could break a lease without penalty - the took three months rent from us when the contract calls for 2. Don't count on them to repair anything on time either. Whenever something breaks, the repair crew can't be found and the staff has no clue about what to do. It took them over a week to fix our washer and dryer and our broken garage door took even longer. The fax machine and computer in the office haven't worked in over a year and neither does their gym equipment. It is also one of the dirties apartment complexes as well as unsafe. There is fungus growing on some of the aluminum sides that hasn't been cleaned off and stinks. There is also tremendous amounts of crime - cars being stolen and drug dealers living in the complex as well as breaking and entering thefts. Their solution to car thefts and apartment break-ins was to send letters to tenants telling them to be more safe. Even before we moved in to the apartment there were problems. They left the doors open so that anyone could use the apartment before we leased. The toilet was overflown with human excrement and the carpet was dirty - they tried to blame us for that when we moved in. We also had a rodent infestation problem. The manager wouldn't handle it so we had to exterminate the rodents ourselves. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place, the staff, or the company that runs it. They are self-serving liars and can't be trusted. If we had the money and time, we would have sued them. Since we do not, we will chalk this up toward a learning experience.
