The summit largo town center is terrible! The staff at the housing office needs to get their act together. Where do I begin' My dryer's spin cycle has been broken for six months and I still can't get anyone to fix it. There only attempt of resolving the issue was to send the acoholic maintanence man (who in the previous months was rumaging through my things and hanging out in my apartment) to fix the dryer. He stated that it needed a new timing belt (so now my dryer is a dryer/honda civic!!!!!!!! LOL) in order for the dryer to work correctly. With that being said, the dryer is still broken. Also, there has been a dead bird rotting in the exhaust of the dryer for two weeks. I can't get anyone to come out and remove it. Hence, I believe the only way to fix it would be to rip the hose and remove it my self. Parking sucks!! The parking spaces are only large enough to fit a motorcycle; definitely, not large enough for a car of any sort. Moving right along, my apartment was almost broken into the first month I was here. When I complained about it I was told that, "you should buy renters insurance", despite the fact that there is a "security system" installed!!!!!!!!!!!! Does that make sense''''' Please proceed with caution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
