I have lived here for 2 years and I am about to resign my lease for a 3rd year. The apartment is clean and very beautiful. When I moved in I was happy to see my apartment in great condition. THe carpet was new and the walls repainted. I dont hear any neighbors ever. I have had dinner parties and my neighbors said they could not hear us. Their use to be a problem with the gate being broken. But it was other residents guest who ere trying to beat the gate. The management cannot help this. It has been better over the past 6 months. I have never seen any roaches, mice or other insects excpet for an occasional ant. The reny is high but I feel comfortable here!
The manager is not the best. Caroly is often dismissive and pretends she will fix things and does nothing. She is very fake!
Clean, comfortable, quiet place!! Love it.
