I agree with every "NO" recommendation. My apartment was wet for the summer months. The air conditioner would get fixed and break again. The patio flooded every time it rained and nothing was done. Children running through the halls at all hours of the night knocking on your door and running away. Loud music. It got so bad, I couldn't take it anymore and left. The fees are crazy. Why charge someone an extra $150 per month if you don't sign a year's lease on top of a rate increase. It's a strong arm tactic to get people to sign for another year. More money in their pocket and nothing in the tenant's residences to show for it. The garbage disposal sounded like a train.
