I lived here EXACTLY one year. The day I pulled up with my moving company truck in tow, my apartment was not ready because the "new leasing specialist" messed up my whole deal/paperwork. They miscommunicated which apartment I was to move in, and then it was supposedly told to be prepped/clean and never was. And I had already told the utilities and post office of the address for the services to be started that day. I had to go out of my way to get all of this switched. Luckily they had another apartment ready, but I get in and am missing closet space I thought I would have. Come to find out the "new leasing specialist" showed me one model and told me it was another! Inexperienced!!! Then the first night I slept there, I woke to the noise of kids running and screaming down the deck like halls and up and down the stairs, as my bedroom was built to be under the stairwell and directly against the outer hall. Way too much noise!!! Drove me crazy. My bedroom was so small, I ALWAYS had to close the door to get into my room and walk around the bed to get to the bathroom!!! I hated this!! Parking was only good if you paid for a space. And even then it was a headache because others would park in your space anyway. And when I tried to call the towing company, they didn't come out like they were supposed to. The gate was ALWAYS broken!! What am I paying for' That's not a gated community if the gate is always broken. I left because I came in paying $1305 for 2bd/2ba, they raised my rent from $1305 to $1565!!! Who the hell ever heard of a $260 rent increase''''!!!!!
ARE THEY SICK'!! I got the hell out of dodge!
You don't get your money's worth. I would not recommend ANYBODY live here.
