I lived here for four years & I had to move out this past summer because it has become a terrible community.
This community was OK when I first moved in but over the last couple years, it has gone down hill. When I first moved in, there were a lot of great hard working people who cared about where they lived but over the past couple of years, it has been taken over by "section 8 baby mamas" & their "Bebe kids". They just let their children run buck wild & they don't give a damn. Sometimes I couldn't even get upstairs in my building after work because the children were constantly running up and down the stairs dropping trash all over the building.
As far as the office staff, there have been multiple changes & their recent change this past year was the worst. The new staff is incompetent & they don't seem to care about anything but getting your money. Anytime there was a problem in my unit, it took multiple calls to get it fixed.
Take my word,look elsewhere because you'll be very disappointed for what you receive versus what they charge.
