I must say that the maintenance service is excellent but everything else is horrible. The spacing inside the apartments is really nice but the rent price is not worth it. During winter the prices of utilities range from $100-$250 if you like to be warm and actually use your heat. It's noisy, not exactly attractive on the outside and the car vandalism rate is ridiculous. I've only been there 6 months and I promise you I have seen peoples full glass laying on the ground right next to where I've parked my car. I've received at least 2 letters from the rent office every month for apartment burglaries and car vandalisms. Bottom line Don't even think about living here if you want to wake up every morning and feel confident that your car is outside.....
