I have had maintenance problems from day one. I have submitted numerous request to have items fixed or replaced in the apt. The latest request for repairs are now going on a month and no one has fixed anything. Some staff have project attitude when complaints or requests are submitted.

There had been several instances were crimes were committed, ie breaking and entry, robbery, and car thief.

No outlet for the teenage kids.

I would not recommend this apt community.

Living in North Hampton has been the worse experience, that I've have ever in-countered. The toilet in my main bath room has been broken for two weeks. I called several times and here it is the second week and still no one has come out to fix the toilet. I will be calling the Corp office about the up keep of these apartments, the are just awful. The steps in my building are a site. No one should have to pay this expensive rent and live in these conditions..
