We are pretty happy with the apartment itself, nice layout, spacious bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, thick walls except hearing occasional stomps from upstairs. About maintenance, twice last year there was a delay, but twice this year, they've been on time. Nice landscapes, but the parking area definitely needs more light. Once in awhile, I do hear noise from outside but it's pretty quite most of the time, that's why it's surprising that there's been stolen cars, someone being mugged and some apts being broken into which is really a huge concern. Most staff has been nice, except one time I couldn't open the door to the exercise room with my key so I decided to go in the office/club house to get in the exercise room, and this lady told me with an attitude while I was opening the door that I should use the separate entrance, as if renters are not supposed to be in the club house, which they happen to list as one of the amenities.
