Great Place to Live........If You Don't Enjoy Having a Car

This place is pretty bad, especially considering the cost of rent to live there. I guess you are paying for the area. We moved in in January....February, our car was stolen. At first I thought, bad luck, an anomaly....Then I noticed that it seemed like every other week a car was either being vandalized or outright stolen. I would go out to work in the morning and I always saw broken glass, from someone's vehicle. I guess parking is plenty ample, as there aren't any cars to fill them up since they're always being stolen. I'm surprised they aren't giving out free clubs to new leasees.
The layout of the 2 bdrm. was very cute, as the bedrooms were separated on opposite sides of the apartment. Loved the non-functioning toilet for almost 3 weeks..Guess they figured that we had another bathroom, they could take their time with the broken one.
The office staff pretends to care, but I guess they aren't the ones that could actually effect change around there, so what did it matter to them. Of course, that was if you could get a hold of them. I have seen the rental office closed for 4 days straight!
Safety----excuse me, lack thereof...was a problem. If you love people that you don't know entering your apartment, this is the place for you!! At least 2 memos were sent to residents saying this had happened...thanks for the memos, I guess. You get all this for a bargain price of 1200 U.S. dollars a month!!
