I lived here for two years and everything seemed fine at first. I lived on the third floor and everybody that lived in the apt above me had about 5 children that they didn't have any idea of how to control. They would walk around so hard all day. It got to the point where the children where jumping around so much thay my ceiling light fell off and broke along with a little of the ceiling.
Maintainence was so so. My AC was having problems in the summer while I was pregnant and it took them about 2 weeks to even get to it and 2 weeks to fix it. For those 4 weeks I had to stay else were because of the heat. My tub faucet was always leaking no matter how many time they fixed it. I also had a leak in my bathroom ceiling above the tub thanks again to my neighbors above me. In the second bedroom the AC started leaking and it started the growth of mushrooms in the carpet. How that happens I have not a clue.
Rent prices are crazy. I had a 2 bedroom and was paying about 1300 a month. And that is not including any utilities......Yes you have to pay for ALL UTILITIES YOURSELF. Other than that it was a very quite and peaceful place for me. When my neighbors were gone.
