We lived here for four months and that was way too long! We had problems with cockroaches, silverfish, and spiders. My friends car was broken into and everything of value in it was stolen. Cars were constantly being vandalized (ie. spraypaint, hit and runs, etc.) The maintenance staff never shows up and when they finally do they don't fix the problem. We had problems with our AC and washing machine/dryer all summer long and maintenance could never get the problem fixed. We ended up with utility bills EACH MONTH of around $200-250 and finally after complaining to the office for 4 months (AFTER we had moved out) they agreed to reimburse us $190--barely making a dent in what we had paid all summer.
Overall it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend living here to anyone!
