TAKE THESE RATINGS SERIOUSLY. I visited this website when I was considering moving here and they had horrible ratings then and still do. I did not take heed to what I was reading and now I am writing a poor review myself. Well, where do I start' I moved here in January 2003, it has been 2 years and 2 years too long. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean AT ALL. The maintenance person that was on call had to come in and clean the apartment and he did a sorry job. Then the actual cleaning person came in late the next morning while I was moving in my belongings. Since then, it has been interesting. Maintenance is equivalent to living in the projects of New York...basically, they get to it when they get to it and most of the time they do not get to it. The A/C does not work every summer SERIOUSLY & I WAITED FOR 3 weeks to have it fixed this past summer and the only reason they came to fix it is because I flagged down a maintenance person in the parking lot. DID I MENTION IT WAS 104 degrees outside at the time and I live on the top floor. I called several times to the leasing office and can you believe that one of the leasing agents told me that they have a lot of work to do and that the a/c was not working in the leasing center as well. I WAS PISSED! The walls are extremely thin and due to my new neighbors I loose sleep at night. I could go on forever, but I do not want to lose your attention. Also, there is an on going problem with crime here and the management company has not done anything about it. Robberies, etc...Just do not do it! I will not be renewing my lease at the end of this year.
