It's really hard to please everyone! I have been here for four months. I must say I have not experienced these things. Car theft in a county wide issue not a North Hampton issue. There are newer developments all around and they are experiencing the same problems. This is an apartment home not the Ritz Carlton. You have a choice of moving into the older section or the new section. I chose the old section, again that was my choice. The appliances are a little older but again that was my choice. If your wallet does not allow you to move into a luxury apartment don't complain, make do. Now I must say service could be better and yes these apartments do need an upgrade.
