I have lived in the apartment for about 6 months and I should have known from the very begining to RUN and not look back. First of all they gave my apartment to someone else on the day I was to move in. They do NOT check there appliances because as soon as I washed my first load of laundry the water went all over the floor instead of in the machine! I had a pond in my kitchen!! If that wasn't bad enough I also used the dishwasher (which doesn't actually clean the dishes) and got to go swimming again for the second time. My dryer doesn't actually dry clothes it just runs up the electric bill! When you call the rental office to complain and tell them something is wrong you can expect the manager to get on the phone and tell you that the same thing happens to her!!! I finally had enough and threatened to call main business office. Some one finally came to fix things. My door doesn't shut properly and we were told someone would come fix it...I'm still waiting. The hall ways outside suck. There is always garbage everywhere from neighbors. Oh yeah and pray the people upstairs aren't fat or you'll never get any sleep. I wish we could leave tomorrow but I still have six more months. Oh and by the way the kids around here are off the chain. Where are there parents'''''' I seen one boy get on the maintance gulf cart and ride around because someone didn't turn it off. They throw regular footballs in the pools and hit the little kids in the head! The lifeguards don't speak english so no one listens to them even if they can say get out. So for anyone looking into these apartments I forwarn you Please Do NOT Move Here!!!!! I wish someone would have told me about this website before I moved. I would have went to Penn Southern and had a cheaper rent!
