On my move in date the apartment had roaches and beer cans,which quickly made them give me another unit before I changed my mind. Several cars have been broken into, not to mention two Saturdays ago I looked out of my window to see a man with a gun stalking some teens who look as if they were about to commit a crime themselves. It may of been him protecting himself and his property but scary just the same. During the summer I witness kids from all other neighborhoods using the pool facilities (but its a private property) and there is never anywhere to park because people have 3 and 4 vehicles and only drive 1 and leave the others parked taking up spaces in front of the building. It looks as if they just slapped the paint on the walls when we moved in and all the things that needed to be fixed on the move in checklist are in the same condition from 11 months ago. Too much money for the drama!
