I lived at Northampton for 2 year and plan on moving back this summer. I lived on the "older" side on the patio level in a 1 bedroom. The only maintenance issue I had in 2 years was the knob on my bathroom sink broke(which was partly my fault). I called maintenace at 10 at night on a weeknight and someone showed up within 30 to 45 minutes to fix it. Oh and my clothes dryer had to be replaced...they took a dryer from an empty apt until my new dryer arrived. I didn't have any parking issues because I lived on the older side and there are no parking restrictions on that side.
