I really like it here. When I read some reviews, i find it difficult to believe we live on the same apt complex. Sure I've had a few issues in the 4yrs I've lived here, but each has been resolved in a timely and proffessional manner. I know that when I eventually buy my own home and pay mortgage, I'll still have issues from time to time.
Some people are hard to please and those are the ones that get on sites to write a lot of bad things. If it is so bad, go somewhere else - You will still complain (sure thing)

You sound like you are not too bright because you're right when you oneday own your own place you will be responsible for your own issues, but right now you are renting and tenants have every right to complain to the OWNER whenever they have an issue.
