Northampton has declined

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
I moved into Northampton in 2001 and moved out in 2006. It was nice the first few years, but in 2004 after changing several property manages the property was in a major decline. I wouldn't recommend that anyone live in Northampton. The rental staff is under-educated, rude and unacceptable. Please move to Montgomery County!!!!
