Before moving here I read the ratings... I just thought it was a bunch of disgruntled people just saying negative things about the property. Boy was I wrong!!! I moved in October 2006 - Apartment is wonderful, lots of space. However, the floors are so thin, I can hear every move my neighbor makes...On top of that, they have a baby that constantly cries. Unlike another rater, I don't have any issues with insects - my concerns are SAFETY!!!! My boyfriend s car has been broken in numerous times... On top of that someone was kept turning my doorknob at like 3:30 in the morning, when I got up the nerve to look out the peep hole, I m thinking they could hear near the door, I could see them move to the side of the door - After telling my boyfriend about this incident, of course he opted to stay with me... Bad idea, his car was broken into yet again... Oh, I forgot to mention the shootings - about a month or so ago, there were several shots fired by my window!!! This does not include the several early morning shootings that have taken place - when people walk outside and find someone stealing their car... I was elated to see new security officers patrolling the neighborhood, however it seems as though they only work every other night...I hope someone takes heed to what I am saying...When I first came to the property I saw a spacious, inexpensive (for this area), and at a very convenient location...But after weighing in on all the safety issues It not worth it - Take your money and go to a gated community...
